Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  2. 1 table spoon fennel seeds
  3. Milk 1/2 cup
  4. Water 1/2 cup
  5. Sugar 1/2 cup
  6. ghee

Instructions

  1. Mix water and milk and keep aside.
  2. Mix flour, sugar and fennel seeds, add diluted water and milk to it.
  3. Make thin batter.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup, round it with the help of spatula.
  5. Brown on both sides and serve hot or cold as your children like.
  6. Serve with the scoop of cream.
