ABOUT Multigrain banana pancake RECIPE

Almost all the kids like banana. These pancake has yummy taste of banana and goodness of multigrain flour. They are soft and fluffy. You can serve them hot or pack as a sweet treat for kids tiffin box.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Multigrain Atta 1 1/2 cup
  2. Sugar 3 tabs
  3. Banana 3 medium
  4. Milk 1/2 cup
  5. Baking soda 1tsp
  6. Vanila Extract 1 tsp
  7. Cinnemon powder 1 tsp
  8. Gems or sprinklers
  9. Vanila icing 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl mix multigrain flour, baking soda, cinnemon powder, vanila extract, and sugar
  2. Peel off bananas. Mash them with the help of a fork. Make a nice paste of bananas.
  3. Add banana paste to dry mixture. Add milk little by little and make a smoothe and lumps free dosa like batter.
  4. Batter should not be too runny
  5. Heat a nonstick pan or tawa. Grease with little ghee. Pour a tabs full batter on pan. Let it cook for 2 mins. Change the side. Leave it for again 2 min.
  6. Pancake is ready.let them cool for a while.
  7. Put 1 tabs vanila icing in center. Decorate with sprinklers or gem and chocolate sauce.
  8. Enjoy these tempting pancakes.:blush::blush:
