Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Pitted dates 2 cup
  2. Almond chopped 1/4 cup
  3. Cashew 1/4 cup
  4. Pistachios 1/4 cup
  5. Walnut 1/4 cup
  6. Poppy seeds 1 tablespoon
  7. Green cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Desi ghee 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Blend pitted dates in mixer.
  2. Put 1 tablespoon desi ghee in pan and saute chopped dry fruits for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Now in another pan add rest ghee and saute poppy seeds.
  4. After light roasting add dates and sauteed dry fruits mix them.
  5. Add cardamom powder.
  6. Switch off flame.
  7. Let it cool.
  8. Then roll in log shape and cover with foil.
  9. Keep in fridge for setting.
  10. Cut slices and serve.
