Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ghiya grated 1 bowl
  2. Sugar 1¹/² teaspoon or as per taste
  3. Milk powder 1 tablespoon
  4. Milk 1 glass
  5. Kesar a pinch and almonds chopped 1 teaspoon for garnish

Instructions

  1. Grate the bottlegourd. Then boiled it.
  2. Then put boiled bottlegourd, milk and milk powder into the cooker or kadai.
  3. When it becomes dry add sugar and 1 teaspoon ghee in it.
  4. Cook it for 7 to 10 minutes, or when bottlegourd absorbs all the milk and sugar, its done. Garnish it with kesar and almonds.
