ABOUT Bread ke Dahi Bhalle RECIPE

An instant and yet tasty recipe when you have no time for much prepration!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Curd
  2. Few bread slices(sides cut)
  3. Sugar to taste
  4. Salt a pinch
  5. Sweet tamarind chutney
  6. Green chutney
  7. Black salt
  8. Jeera powder
  9. Red chilli powder
  10. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Cut bread in desired shape and apply green chutney to one side and cover with other slice.
  2. Beat curd in a bowl and add salt and sugar. Mix well.
  3. Now pour curd in a serving dish, dip sandwich bread in it and turn the bread so that both sides get dipped in curd. Now sprinkle black salt, red chilli powder and jeera powder on it, pour tamarind chutney on the bread, sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves over it and keep in fridge. Serve chilled.
  4. You can make this from leftover bread also. For this keep the bread in curd for sometime and if the bread is fresh and very soft, serve immediately.
