ABOUT Chicken Samosa RECIPE

Chicken samosa is a very popular non-vegetarian dish made with the filing of chicken in the samosa shell.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chicken - 100grams
  2. Samosa strips -25 (readymate)
  3. Boil corns-1/2cup
  4. Capsicum-1chopped
  5. Carrort-1/2 grated
  6. Ginger/garlic paste-2tablespoon
  7. Crushed- Ginger 1tablespoon
  8. Oil- as required
  9. Black pepper powder-1tablespoon
  10. Onion-1/2 chopped (optional)
  11. Salt- as per taste
  12. Cabbage-1/2 cup grated
  13. Wheat flour-2tablespoon
  14. Water -2tablespoon
  15. Cilntro-1/2 cup
  16. Green chillies- 2

Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken with ginger garlic paste and shred it.
  2. In a pan put oil once the oil gets hot put chopped ginger saute it for 2 minutes until the raw smell of ginger goes than put all the veggies, pepper powder, salt ,green chilies saute it for 2-3 minutes than add shreded chicken and put cilantro.
  3. Make paste from wheat flour and water and knead into a dough. Roll the small balls of the dough and cut half
  4. After the mixture cools down take the half samosa strips put the chicken mixture in it and than fold it by applying wheat flour paste.
  5. Deep fry it and enjoy it with tomato ketchup.
