Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 300 millilitre milk
  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1 cup all purpose flour
  4. 1/2 cup suji
  5. 1/2 cup soft butter
  6. 1/2 cup malai (homemade)
  7. 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  8. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  10. 1 teaspoon refined oil (for greasing a mold)
  11. some pieces of choco chips
  12. 1 cup whipped cream
  13. 3 tablespoon chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add milk, sugar, butter malai and mix well.
  2. Then add flour in it. Mix it very well.
  3. Add vanilla essence, baking powder and soda in batter.
  4. Beat the batter in cut and fold method.
  5. Put a cooker on high flame.
  6. Grease the mold with refined oil and dust maida on mold.
  7. Then put the batter in mold.
  8. Mold should be put in the hot cooker and then reduce the heat.
  9. After 45 minutes check the cake with the help of knife.
  10. Left the cake cool on room temperature.
  11. Take a pan for whipping the cream.
  12. Whip cream with beater.
  13. Cream looks fluffy, add chocolate syrup and beat very well.
  14. Then cut a cake in center in 3 pieces.
  15. Spread the chocolate syrup on the slice of each cake.
  16. Spread the cream on each part of cake, one by one.
  17. Then cover cake with cream from all sides.
  18. Decorate the cake with cream with the help of piping bag and nozzle.
  19. Garnish with choco chips, chocolate sauce and silver sweet balls.
