ABOUT Makhana Curd delite RECIPE

My mom's recipe which she used to make it during fasts.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Curd 500 grams
  2. Makhana 100 grams
  3. Ghee 1 teaspoon
  4. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  5. White salt half teaspoon
  6. Black salt half teaspoon
  7. Roasted cumin powder half teaspoon
  8. Chaat masala half teaspoon
  9. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Put a pan on flame and add ghee in it.
  2. Roast the makhane for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Coarsely grind makhane and beat the curd.
  4. Add grounded makhane in the curd.
  5. Add all the spices in it and garnish with makhane and coriander leaves.
