Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 litres Milk
  2. Sugar to taste
  3. 1/2 cup Rice Powder
  4. 1/2 kilograms Mini Gulab Jamun
  5. Dry fruit for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Mix the rice powder in 1 cup milk and make a smooth mixture.
  2. Boil the rest of the milk with sugar and simmer.
  3. Add the rice powder mixture to the boiling milk. and continuously stir the mixture.
  4. When the mixture starts to thicken, add the mini gulab jamuns to it. Let it set.
  5. Serve chilled.
