Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Onion 1 big size
  2. Soaked urad dal (split black gram ) 1tbsp
  3. Soaked rice 2 ,1/2 cup
  4. Bread crumbs 1/2cup
  5. Garam masaala 1/8 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1/8 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Slice the onion in roundel and separate each ring
  2. Grind the soaked rice and dal and make thick past
  3. Now add salt , garam masala , red chilli powder in dal mixture and mix well
  4. Now dip the onion ring in the dal ,rice paste and then bread crumbs
  5. Now take a wok put oil in it and heat it .. in hot oil fry these onion rings
  6. Fry these rings until become golden brown in colour and then remove them from oil ..and put in the tissue paper ..
  7. Crispy onion rings are ready . Serve with green chatni or tomato sauce
