ABOUT Stuffed Onion RECIPE

A delicious and interesting dish to be served as a side dish with some dal & rice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Onion (small sized) - 1/2 kg
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Amchoor - 1/4 tsp
  4. Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
  5. Oil - 2 tbsp
  6. Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and drain the onions. And slit them from the middle.
  2. Add in all the dry ingredients and mix them.
  3. Fill this mixture inside the onions.
  4. Saute the onions for about 2 minutes in hot oil.
  5. Cover it with a lid and cook again for 2 minutes.
  6. Now, remove the lid and fry them perfectly.
  7. Stuffed onion is ready. Serve it with paratha or roti.
