ABOUT Idli 65 RECIPE

Easy and amazing makeover of left over idlis that can be savoured as snacks.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Steamed idli cut in to pieces and deepfried
  2. 2 large onions square cut
  3. Capsicum square cut 1 medium size
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Suagr 1 tsp
  6. Schezwan chilli sauce/hot sauce
  7. Ketchup 1 tbsp
  8. 2/3 tbsp coriander leaves for garnishing
  9. 2 tbsp oil.
  10. 2/3 cloves of chopped garlic

Instructions

  1. Cut the idlis in square or into half and deep fry it . .
  2. Keep it on absorbet paper Take a wok add in oil , chopped garlic and saute well till raw smells go away
  3. to it add the capsicum and onion and cook till it's tender .then to it add the sauce s and salt and stir well for 5/- minutes .
  4. Add idli toss well ad serve hot garnished with coriander :)
