Tutti frutti ate coloured small pieces of raw papaya, which are cooked in suger syrup, tutti frutti are used to make cake ,icecream,biscutes etc..

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Raw papaya -400gram
  2. suger -400gram
  3. Food colour- red(of your choice)
  4. Vanilla essence 2-3 drop

Instructions

  1. Raw papaya peel, remove seeds and cut small cubic shape
  2. boil 2 cup water in a pot high flame, put papaya in it 5minutes
  3. of the flame, cover the potwith lid
  4. let the papaya pieces to remain in it 5 minutes
  5. then take out papaya pieces from water
  6. boil 500 ml water and sugar in apan
  7. when sugar dissolves add papaya pieces in it and boil them in syrup ,till one starting consistency in syrup is abut to from, but stair occasionally
  8. off the flame, add 2-3 drop vanilla essence
  9. I am using only one food colour (Red)
  10. take a big bowl ,add 2-3 pinch redwood Colour, mix papaya very well for 12-24 hours
  11. Take a slave with thik wires and strain the sugar syrup complittly from the papaya pieces now place kyon aside net so that is dries up complitly
  12. Dry them complittly under fan ,until It's stikness gets absorbed
  13. tutti fruitti is ready for using.
