ABOUT Bitter Melon Turmeric Smoothy RECIPE

This Smoothy is made up of a combining following ingredients which are packed full of health benefits like bitter Melon,Turmeric,melon,cinnamon,olive oil,ginger,cumin seeds,black salt . For sweetening honey,maple syrup,stevia leaf or whatever you like can be used. These nutritionally powerful and strong flavored ingredients blended together makes a unique creamy earthy flavors together. . This Smoothy is tasty with benefits ranging from being Anti-Inflammatory,insulin like properties to being surprisingly tasty considering the strong flavors of the ingredients individually.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bitter melon with seeds removed - 1/2 small to medium
  2. Melon - 2 slices
  3. Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
  4. Ginger - 1 tbsp
  5. Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Zeera powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Good olive oil - 2 tbsp
  8. Honey - 1 tbsp
  9. Lime Juice - 1 tsp
  10. black salt to taste
  11. Ice cubes - 6
  12. Water 2 cups

Instructions

  1. First of All collect all the ingredients. Remove seeds from bitter melon.
  2. Now put everything except honey , turmeric And olive oil into a blender.
  3. Add in ice cubes and blend together everything.
  4. Add in turmeric,honey and olive oil.
  5. Adjust water to your own consistency and enjoy.
