ABOUT Spicy pumpkin cream cheese Ice-cream RECIPE

This Ice-cream is unique and exciting amazing taste. I have always made pumpkin shira, kheer but this time made Ice-cream, really super soft and mouthwatering

Ingredients Serving: 6

Fresh yellow pumpkin grated 1 cup
Condense milk 1/3cup
Unsalted butter 1 tsp
Cream Cheese 1/4 cup
Chilled Whipping cream 1/2 cup
Mix spice powder 1/2 tsp
Roasted & chopped dry fruits 2-3 tbsp
Milk 1/4 cup

Instructions

Take cream cheese and condense milk together and whisk for 2-3 minutes & keep aside
Wash 1 cup fresh grated pumpkin
Roast pumpkin with unsalted butter for 4-5 minutes on medium flame then gas off
Grind roasted pumpkin with 1/4 cup milk to pumpkin puree
Add cream cheese and condense milk mixture in pumpkin puree
Add 1 tsp mixed spice powder ( I have used 2 green cardmon, 1/2 inch stick cinnamon and 1 pinch nutmeg powder)
Whip 1/2 cup chilled whipping cream until soft peaks is formed then mix whipping cream into the pumpkin mixture
Pour this Ice-cream mixture into the mould or air tight container then spread roasted chopped nuts. Place into the freezer for 6-7 hours
