ABOUT Rasberry jello cheese cake( no bake) RECIPE

This cake is made out of curd, condensed milk and fresh cream. Serve with jello and fruits. Can be serve with any fruits of your choice. Looking attractive as well as heathy and tasty. Procedure is very easy.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Hung curd - 1cup
  2. Condensed milk - 1cup
  3. Whipped cream - 1cup
  4. Powdered Sugar - 1/4 cup
  5. Vanilla extract- 1/2 tsp
  6. Gelatin -2 tsp
  7. Good day biscuits - 8nos
  8. Melted butter - 1tbsp
  9. Fresh litchi - 6 nos( decoration)
  10. Raspberry jello - 1/2 packet

Instructions

  1. Crush the biscuits and add melted butter. Mix well and set the crush biscuits in a side loose baking tin. Keep in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour curd , condensed milk, whipped cream and sugar in a mixing jar and mix it well.
  3. Take gelatin and mix with warm water to make translucent liquid.
  4. Add gelatin and vanilla extract into hung curd mixture and blend it well.
  5. Take out biscuits base tin from fridge and pour cheese mixture on the the biscuits base. Tap the tin so that there was no air gap.
  6. Keep the tin in the fridge for 5 -6 hours for set.
  7. Prepare the jello as per packets instructions. Pour the jello on the set cream cheese cake ( jello should be in room temperature) and put cake tin in the fridge once again for jello set.
  8. Once jello is set, remove side of the tin, cut the cake and serve with fresh fruits
