Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Curd 2 cup
  2. Powdered sugar 2tbsp or as per taste
  3. Kesar few threads
  4. Chopped almond 5 to 6
  5. For gulab jamun-for 6 to 7 balls
  6. Bread piece 2
  7. Fresh cream 1 tbsp
  8. Milk as needed
  9. Milk powder 1 tbsp
  10. Ghee for deep fry
  11. Almond essence few drops
  12. Chocolate powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. For gulab jamun:
  2. Cut the corner of bread
  3. Add fresh cream, milk powder
  4. Now add milk make soft dough
  5. Make balls from dough and deep fry in ghee
  6. Now beat curd and sugar
  7. Add Kesar thread and essence
  8. Now add gulab jamun, almond mix it
  9. Keep it in the freezer
  10. Garnish with chocolate powder.
  11. Serve chilled
