ABOUT Aliv Laddu / Garden Cess RECIPE

These are healthy laddus for new moms as they are helpful for increasing breast milk. New moms should eat 1 laddu every day.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Aliv seeds 1 cup
  2. Coconut powder or fresh coconut grated 1 cup
  3. Jaggery powder 1 cup
  4. Dry fruits powder 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Soak the Aliv seeds in water for an hour.Add a good amount of water. After an hour these seeds will become puffy and sticky.
  2. Take a pan, preferred nonstick, Add the soaked Aliv seeds in a pan along with jaggery powder. Heat this mixture on low flame till all the jaggery melts completely. You can add jaggery if you want sweeter.
  3. Add coconut powder and dry fruits mixture in it and keep frying on low flame till the mixture is good enough to make laddus.
