Plum and yoghurt smoothie, easy, quick and healthy

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Plum puree with skin 1 cup
  2. Yoghurt 1 cup
  3. Sugar 4tsp or more if you want sweeter
  4. Water 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Remove seeds from the plums.
  2. Make puree with water
  3. Now add yoghurt and sugar, add ice cubes if you want.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Serve chilled.
