Sometimes we need some scintillating taste to our taste buds so for this Malaysian sweet and hot sauce is required to taste with our desi and continental food.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
  2. 3to 4 Tbsp brown sugar
  3. 1 large onion
  4. 1-inch piece of ginger
  5. 10 to 12 dry red Kashmiri chilli
  6. 4 tbsp vinegar
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/2 Tsp black pepper powder
  9. 1/4 cup oil.
  10. 10 to 12 garlic pods

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the peanuts. and keep aside.
  2. Soak the chillies in water and boil it for 3 to 4 minutes. and completely cool it.
  3. Take a blender and blend all the ingredients like soaked chillies, ginger, onions, garlic and half of peanuts and make a smooth paste
  4. In a non-stick frying pan add the oil and simmer it with the blended mixture for about 10 minutes when it starts to thicken.
  5. Now at this stage add the vinegar and remaining crushed peanuts and adjust ur seasoning.
  6. Store in an air tight container in the fridge. And it lasts up to 3 to 4 months in the fridge.
