ABOUT Cheesy Watermelon RECIPE

A great combination of sweet and salty salad

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Watermelon - 200grams
  2. Feta cheese -50 grams
  3. Spread cheese or mascarpone cheese 25 gram
  4. Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut watermelon into Button shape, it should be seedless
  2. Scoop out watermelon from a scooper, 70% without damaging the base and side
  3. Mix both the cheese together and make it into smooth texture
  4. Take a piping bag or make cone of butter paper and pour the cheese in scooped part of watermelon
  5. Can be kept under salamander just to get a caramelised colour on top this step can be skipped
  6. Garnish with mint leaves
  7. Keep it in deep fridge for 5-10 minute
  8. Serve cold
