Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mint leaves 1 cup
  2. Coriander 1/2 cup
  3. Adrak/ginger 1 small piece
  4. Green Mirchi 2 to 3 or as per taste.
  5. Lemon juice 1
  6. salt as per taste
  7. Black salt 1 spoon
  8. Amchur 1 spoon
  9. Red Mirchi powder
  10. Panipuri masala
  11. Boiled moong/potatoes 1 bowl
  12. Rawa 1 cup
  13. Water as required
  14. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take mint, coriander, Adrak, Mirchi, lemon, salt, black salt, amchur, jeera powder and make a paste.
  2. Now add in water as required n keep it in the fridge for chilling.
  3. Now take boiled moong/potatoes and add salt, chilly powder, coriander and panipuri masala and mash well.
  4. Chopped onions.
  5. To make puri, take rava and salt, make semi thick dough.
  6. Roll out small puris and fry till golden brown.
