Delicious way to control sugar and enjoying dessert at the same time. Jamun helps to convert starch into energy and keep your blood sugar levels in check.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 1/2 ltr
  2. sugar 1tbsp
  3. Soaked almonds 1 cup
  4. Jamun washed n deseeded 4 cups

Instructions

  1. Make a smooth paste of almonds after peeling and keep aside.
  2. Boil milk with sugar for five minutes.
  3. Add almonds paste to it and let it boiling for more five minutes.
  4. Allow this syrup to cool .
  5. Coarsely grind jamuns In a separate grinding jar .
  6. Now add your ground jamuns In milk syrup and stir well.
  7. Let it set in freezer in a big bowl.
  8. Check after 20 minutes ,if it has started flaking...churn this almost freezing ice cream once more.
  9. Finally let it set in moulds in freezer for 1 hour.
  10. Enjoy eating with friends.
