Its looking like difficult but is very easy , this is my innovation.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1-water-1cup
  2. 2-suger-250gm
  3. 3-roasted peanut-250gm
  4. 4-khoya-150gm
  5. 5-beetroot juice-2,3tabs
  6. 6-whipped cream-1/2cup
  7. 7-yellow colour-1pinch
  8. 8-whipped cream-1/2cup

Instructions

  1. firstly grind the peanuts into coarse powder.
  2. Now heat the sugar and water in a saucepan.
  3. Once the syrup starts boiling, lower the flame.
  4. Make 1 one string syrup.
  5. Add the ground peanuts and khoya into the syrup and keep stirring, once the mixture get dry and leaves the sides of the pan, add the beetroot juice, mix nicely and switch off the flame.
  6. Now knead a dough out of the mixture once it is cold enough , roll out small puris out of the dough.
  7. Now roll and stick the pooris around an ice cream stick to form the rose and its petals.
  8. Add yellow color to the whipped cream , mix and pour it into a piping bag.
  9. Pipe the cream in the middle of the roses, the peanut bouquet is ready to be served.
