Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Gramflour 1/2cup
  2. Rice flour 1/4cup
  3. Curd 1/4cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Turmeric powder 1/8tsp
  6. Water as needed
  7. eno 1/2tsp
  8. Sugar 1/2tsp
  9. Cheese cube 1
  10. Green chutney 2tbsp
  11. oil for tadka 1tsp
  12. Curry leaves 7-8
  13. Mustard seeds 1/2tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl mix gramflour rice flour curd Salt turmeric powder sugar
  2. Add water and mix well and make a batter without lumps Leave for 5minuts
  3. After 5minuts add eno to the batter and mix well
  4. Now spread a very thin layer of this batter in a greased plate and steam for 8-10minuts
  5. After steaming let it cool completly then cut in to strips
  6. Spread green chutney on it
  7. Spread grated cheese on chutney
  8. Roll this strips then heat oil in a tadka pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves in hot oil and then pour this tadka on rolls with spoon
