Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. pasta 1&1/2 cup
  2. for red gravy
  3. 4-5 medium sized tomato
  4. 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  5. onion 1medium sized
  6. Garlic pods 3-4
  7. salt as per taste
  8. butter
  9. For White Sauce
  10. Butter 1 tsp
  11. maida/all purpose flour 1 tsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Sugar 1/2 tsp (optional)
  14. 1 cup milk
  15. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  16. for bruschetta
  17. Garlic bread loaf
  18. little bell peppers chopped
  19. Grated cheese
  20. oregano
  21. chilly flakes
  22. butter

Instructions

  1. keep enough water for boiling
  3. as it becomes hot add pasta
  4. add 1/4 tsp of oil
  5. add 1/4 tsp of salt
  6. as it is boiled for 7-8 minutes
  7. remove one pasta press and see if its cooked
  8. if its cooked remove from hot water
  9. take in seiver
  10. pour little cold water on it
  11. pour half a tsp of oil on it and mix
  12. with this they won't stick
  13. keep them aside
  14. for red sauce
  15. blanch tomato
  17. in grinder add blanched tomato
  18. add garlic
  19. add onion
  20. grind it to paste
  22. in a pan add butter
  23. add this gravy
  24. let it cook till raw smell of onion vanish
  25. add 1 tsp of tomato sauce to it
  26. add oregano and chilly flakes
  27. keep aside
  28. process for white sauce
  29. in small pan add butter
  31. as butter melts add maida
  32. saute in butter
  33. add milk
  35. stir continuously,otherwise lumps will form
  36. as it boils add salt
  37. add sugar
  38. add black pepper powder
  40. switch off flame
  41. now mix white sauce in red sauce
  42. add pasta and bell peppers
  43. pasta is ready
  44. process for bruschetta
  45. slice bread loaf
  46. apply butter on both sides
  47. make crispi on one side
  48. I have used non stick tawa to make bruschetta
  49. so make crispi on tawa
  50. on the crispi side
  51. add some bell peppers
  52. grated cheese
  53. sprinkle oregano
  54. sprinkle chili flakes
  55. place on tawa for 2-3 minutes
  56. bruschetta are ready
  57. you can bake in oven also
