ABOUT Capsicum Pickle RECIPE

An easy and instant pickle to go along with some dal rice or roti.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Capsicum green or red colour 10 big size
  2. Garlic pieces half cup
  3. Tamarind pieces 1 cup
  4. Salt as per required
  5. Red Chillpowder 2tbsp big
  6. oil
  7. Mustard seeds 2tbsp small
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
  9. Cumin seeds
  10. Dry Red chilli pieces 4 to 8

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add capsicum pieces half cut into 2 pieces, add salt,cumin seeds tamarind pieces, garlic pieces ,turmeric powder
  2. Then grind all these things in a grinder and make like paste.
  3. Take a pan add oil then add mustard seeds,garlic pieces, cumin seeds,dry red chilli flakes or pieces of red chill pieces dry then off the gas
  4. Then make it cool then add red chilli powder then add the caspicum grind paste and mix it
  5. And it is ready to serve
