nalli nehari is particularly a breakfast dish,which the Mughal nawabs took after their fazar namaj before the sunrises and then went to sleep till their next namaj at afternoon.On a other source,it also said,that the nawabs denied to pay in currency to the labour, instead of it,they provided food to them and nalli means bone marrow which helped them to rigorious work at the construction site.Now this dish is too much popular.I make it with help pressure cooker,but if u want the supreme taste of this dish,let make this by putting it on the low flame for overnight.
put the nallies with salt in a pressure cooker and cook for 6/7 whistless.
heat ghee in pan add some whole garam masala(cardamom t,cinnamon 1, cloves7/8,),bay leaves,star anis for tempering
add sliced onions fry till brown
add mutton,then salt saute few minsk(keep in mind u boil the nallies with salt also)
add nehari powder then just fry( bhuno)untill unless the oil will come out from side
add the beresta cook with it
now addd the boiled nalli with water, mix it well
again add some nehari powder, mix it by rotating ur ladle, bring into a boil
now put in a pressure cooker,cook in low flame for 15 min after first whistle.
let the cooker open it's own
sprinkle some nehari pwdr over it
