Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Baby potato
  2. Onion-4-5 cut into length
  3. Tomato-3puree
  4. Ginger garlic paste-3teaspoon
  5. Peanuts-2tablespoon
  6. Cumin seeds-1/2teaspoon
  7. Oil-2tablespoon
  8. Red chilly powder-1/2teaspoon
  9. Coriander powder-1teaspoon
  10. Turmaric powder -1/4teaspoon
  11. Salt-to taste
  12. Dry fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)-2teaspoon
  13. Milk-1/2glass
  14. Freash cream-2teaspoon
  15. Kitchen king masala-1/2teaspoon

Instructions

  1. First dry roast the peanuts .let them cool and remove the skin,now put them into mixer jar add little water and make a smooth and thick paste.
  2. Heat 1/2 glass of water in a tempring pan add all dry masala and bring it to boil.switch off the flame and keep aside,
  3. Heat 2teaspoon of oil in a kadhai add chopped onion and roast them till golden brown,
  4. Take out in a mixer jaar add tomatoes and kasuri methi and make a smooth paste.
  5. Wash and peel potatos.prick them with fork and boil in salt and haldi water for five minute .wipe them and deep fry them.and keep aside
  6. Heat oil in a kadhai add cumin seeda and splutter them,
  7. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute them for a minute,
  8. Add onion tomato paste and saute them till oil seprated,
  9. Now add masala water and cook them 2 to 3 minutes .
  10. Now add peanuts paste and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  11. Now add freash cream and milk.
  12. Add fry potatos and kitchen king masala and salt .mix well,
  13. Add water for required consistency and cook them on slow flame for 5 to7 minutes .
