This dessert is very healthy in this hot summer.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Mango - 2 medium size
  2. Chia seed - 3 tbsp
  3. Coconut milk - 3/4 cup
  4. Sugar (optional) - as required
  5. Saffron - 5 strands
  6. Milk - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Grind the coconut with some water and strain completely. Make thick milk with less water.
  2. Put the chia seeds in coconut milk and refrigerate for 4 hrs. Since coconut milk is already sweat, Sugar is totally optional.
  3. Add saffron to some hot milk and let it sit for 2 hrs. Mix it with coconut milk and refrigerate it until serving.
  4. Separate mango pulp from it and make paste. Refrigerate it.
  5. Arrange in Layers and top it with mango pieces. Serve cold.
