A fusion of healthiness and deliciousness in a glass, served as a chilled drink.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Baby Spinach chopped 1/2 cup
  2. Ripe Mango chopped 1 cup
  3. Banana mashed 1 tbsp
  4. Ginger grated 1tsp
  5. Sugar if needed 2 tsp
  6. Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  7. More milk if needed.
  8. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  9. Frozen mango pieces 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Take spinach ,mango,ginger,banana and sugar .
  2. Blend until smooth paste
  3. Add coconut milk and mix well.
  4. Add vanilla essence and mix.
  5. Pour in a long glass.
  6. If needed then add more milk to make desired consistency.
  7. Add frozen mango pieces on the top.
  8. Serve chilled.
