ABOUT Sunny Salad RECIPE

Different shades of yellow on my plate. A perfect summer salad that is healthy and easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mango (diced) 1
  2. Papaya (Partially ripe, diced) 1/4 of a big papaya
  3. Yellow capsicum (diced) 1/2
  4. Baby corn (sliced) 4
  5. Lemon juice 1 tsp
  6. apple cider vinegar 1 tsp
  7. Honey 1-2 tbsp
  8. Salt a pinch
  9. Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  10. Toasted sesame seeds 1/2 tsp
  11. chopped coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the sliced baby corn in water for about 5 minutes.
  2. Once done, drain the water and keep them aside.
  3. In a serving plate, place the diced mangoes, yellow capsicum and papaya.
  4. Add the sliced baby corn too.
  5. Next, sprinkle salt, red chili flakes, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and toasted sesame seeds.
  6. Drizzle honey and give a mix.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
