Mango salsa is a sweet, tangy delicious side dish to be served with crisps or roti or rice.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Mangoes 2
  2. Red bell pepper half [chopped]
  3. Onion 1
  4. Chopped cilantro 2 tbsp
  5. Salt 1/2 tsp
  6. Lime juice 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Chop mango in small cubes.
  2. Finely chop onion and red bell pepper.
  3. In a mixing bowl take chopped mango, onion, red bell pepper and cilantro.
  4. Mix all well.
  5. Season with salt .
  6. Add lime juice. Toss well.
  7. Serve with crisps.
