ABOUT EGGLESS BRAZILIAN MANGO MOUSSE RECIPE

The delicious mango mousse , from Marcio Araujo , is a simple , delicious , creamy , light and airy texture .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mango - 3 large + 1 for garnished
  2. Condensed milk - 4 tablespoons
  3. Heavy Cream - 1 cup
  4. Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
  5. Gelatin powder - 1 1/2 tablespoon
  6. Mint spring - for garnished
  7. Cherries - for garnished

Instructions

  1. Cut 3 mangoes into medium sized pieces . Puree in a blender until smooth . Strain through a fine sieve .
  2. Place 1/2 cup of mango puree and gelatin dissolved .
  3. Put mango pulp and Cinnamon stick into a large pan .
  4. Heat mango mixture over low heat stirring all the time , till warm .
  5. When warm add the mango puree soaked gelatin and add condensed milk , continue stirring till it reaches a coating consistency .
  6. Switch off the flame and add the whip cream . Fold into the mango mixture , pour into the shorts glass and refrigerator for at least 1 hours before serving .
  7. Garnish with mint , cherries and chopped mangoes .
