Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl - Suji
  2. 2 teaspoons - Curd
  3. 1 - Big onion
  4. 2 - Green chilies
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 Cup - Water
  7. 1/4 tsp - Haldi

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
  2. Heat the dosa tava / non stick pan, add some oil and put one tablespoon of batter. Spread it out but not too thin.
  3. Put some oil in side of chilla Turn it up side down for one or two minutes till both sides are cooked well.
  4. Serve the suji chila with tomato sauce or green chutney.
