ABOUT Instant Mango Laccha Sweet Pickle RECIPE

My mom'S recipe of a wonderful tangy pickle.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 600 gm - Raw mango, peeled and grated
  2. 500 gm - Sugar
  3. 2 tsp - Salt

Instructions

  1. Take the grated mango in a bowl and add sugar and salt. Mix well.
  2. Leave this mixture for 3-4 hours at the counter.
  3. Keep a pan on low flame and spoon this mixture in it. Let it boil for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Turn off the gas and let the mixture cool. When cooled fill it in a clean glass bottle.
  5. Mango chutney is ready to be served.
  6. If you want, you can add jeera powder, black peeper powder n green cardamon powder.
