ABOUT Whole Wheat flour Apple Pancake RECIPE

To make it healthy I have used whole wheat flour.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
  2. Milk Boiled - 1 Cup
  3. Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
  4. Egg - 1 tsp
  5. Vanilla Powder - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the apple.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and egg in a bowl. In milk add vanilla extract or powder. Now, pour milk slowly in the flour mix and stir so that no lumps remain. Add grated apple and keep aside for at least 15 mins.
  3. Now heat 1/2 tsp butter in a nonstick frying pan and pour one ladle of batter. Let it spread on its own.
  4. let it cook on low heat till small bubbles appear on top side, carefully flip it now to cook from the other side. Let it cook till nice and brown.
  5. Make all the pancakes same way.
  6. Serve them hot with honey
