Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Red chili - 8
  2. Garlic clove - 1
  3. Curry leaves - 1 string
  4. Hing - 1 tablespoon
  5. Chana dal - 1/4 cup
  6. Urad dal - 1/2 Cup
  7. Oil - 1 tablespoon
  8. Salt - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Add a dash of oil in a pan and roast the urad dal until it is golden in color. Transfer it to a plate and again add a dash of oil and roast Chana dal.
  2. Similarly roast all the mentioned ingredients one by one and transfer it to a plate to cool down.
  3. Once it is cooled, add the roasted ingredients into the blender and grind it.
  4. Idli milagai podi is ready now. Transfer it to a airtight container for longer usage.
