Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4-5 Potatoes
  2. 5-6 Kokum
  3. 4-5 Curry Leaves
  4. 2 tsp Zeera powder
  5. 2 tsp Coriander powder
  6. 3 tsp Red chilli powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil as required
  9. Few coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash clean, peel and cut the potatoes in cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and saute for while then add all the ingredients mix well everything add 1/4 cup of water cover the lid and let it cook.
  3. Once water dries up and potatoes are cooked turn off the gas and remove.
  4. Garnish with some coriander and serve with roti.
