Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled corns - 1/2 cup
  2. Mashed boiled potatoes - 1
  3. Chopped ginger - 1/2 tsp
  4. Garlic powder - 1/4 th tsp
  5. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Cornflour - 2 tbsp
  7. Coriander leaves (chopped) - 3 tbsp
  8. Salt
  9. Grated Cheese (grated) - 2 tbsp
  10. Outer coating : Maida - 2 tbs
  11. Water - As required
  12. Breadcrumbs - As required
  13. Refined oil - For frying

Instructions

  1. Mix mashed potato, boiled corns, chopped ginger, garlic powder, pepper powder, salt, cornflour, grated cheese and coriander leaves.
  2. Make little balls from the prepared dough.
  3. Make a thin batter with maida and water.
  4. Dip the balls in the maida batter and coat with bread crumbs.
  5. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and deep fry them in very hot oil, serve.
