ABOUT Carrot Yogurt Smoothie RECIPE

Come Summers and there are lots of fruits and vegetables available in the market, fresh and juicy carrots are one such lovely vegetables and the medley of these with yogurt and little of orange juice yields a scrumptious smoothie that is so very refreshing and unique. It has the right balance of sweetness of carrots and tanginess of orange. It is a treat to the taste buds anytime.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chopped carrots 2
  2. Yogurt 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar 2 tbsp
  4. Orange 1

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the carrots.
  2. Chop them into small pieces.
  3. Add them to a blender along with the yogurt and sugar.
  4. Also, add the freshly squeezed juice of an orange into it.
  5. Blend well and serve chilled.
