ABOUT Bonda Sharbat RECIPE

A south Indian delight, made from tender coconut.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Tender coconut 1
  2. Sabja/Takmaria seeds 2 tsp soaked in water
  3. Lime juice 1 tbsp
  4. Sugar /Jaggery 3 tsp
  5. Salt a pinch
  6. Mint leaves few

Instructions

  1. Extract the tender coconut water in a glass.
  2. Extract Malai too.
  3. In a glass add soaked sabja/takmaria seeds first.
  4. Add tender coconut water and chopped malai pieces in it.
  5. Add sugar/jaggery according to your taste and a pinch of salt.
  6. Refrigerate it.
  7. When serving add few mint leaves into the glass.
