Cook the 2 cups basmati with 4 cups water with saffron.
This will give a beautiful yellow tinge to rice.
Take a blender and mix all the spices, garlic, chilies, turmeric and blend well.
You can also blend 3-4 spoons of coconut if needed.
This paste has to be smooth.
Take a pan and boil the veggies when the veggies are cooked add the paste that is ground.
Take a pan add butter or ghee sauté sliced onions and paneer.
Sauté some cashews in same ghee. Add the rice at this point, add some cashews in ghee
Add the cilantro leaves.
SERVING: 4
