ABOUT Watermelon Mojjito RECIPE

Refreshing drink to beat the heat

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 cups watermelon chunks
  2. 6 fresh mint sprigs
  3. 3 tbsp lemon juice
  4. Ice cubes crushed
  5. Plain soda / sprite
  6. 1 lemon thinly sliced
  7. 3 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Place the water melon chunk's in a blender and blend it to a smooth puree
  2. Combine mint leaves, few lemon slices lemon juice and sugar in pitcher
  3. Muddle (crush) it with the back of a wooden spoon
  4. Pour the watermelon puree and soda to the pitcher and mix
  5. Fill 1/4 glass with crushed ice and pour the prepared mojjito over the ice
  6. Serve the mojjito topped with mint leaves and sliced lemon
