Manjiras means grains/ seeds of tulasi herbal plant. It is one of the best summer cooler to beat the heat, it improves blood circulation, very refreshing drink it cools down fever also.

Ingredients Serving: 2

1 cup of tulasi manjiras
Lemon 1
Sugar 2 teaspoons
Water 2 glasses
1 glass jar or stainless steel vessel

Instructions

First you will need a handful of offered tulasi manjaris
Place the manjaris in a large glass pitcher or steel container. Next fill the glass jar with fresh water until you see half the jar is floating manjaris and half the jar is water.
Cover the vessel with a lid and allow the manjaris to infuse into the water for the next 24 hours.
After 24 hours the color of the water will turn a slight purple. Strain these water.
Now squeeze lemon and see the magic colour it turns into pink.
Now add sugar and serve cool
Magic pink cooler is ready, you can serve cool
