Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cooked chickpeas 2 cup
  2. Boiled potato 1
  3. Soaked sago 1 cup
  4. Chopped chenopodium leaves 1 big bowl
  5. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  6. Green chilli 2 chopped
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take cooked chickpeas, boiled potato and mash them ..
  2. Now mix all ingredients except oil in chickpeas and potato mixture, make a dough
  3. Now make small balls from dough and give the shape of cutlet of your choice
  4. Take oil in a wok and heat it ..
  5. Now fry the cutlet in hot oil .. When colour of cutlets become slightly brown ... Take out from oil ..
  6. Your cutlets are ready. serve with green chutney or tomato sauce ..
