Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1. String beans 15 pcs
  2. 2. Garlic 6 pods
  3. 3. Onion half or a small one.
  4. 4. Red chilli 6 pcs
  5. 5. Salt to taste
  6. 6. Mustard oil 1 tbsp
  7. 7. Lemon juice 1 tbsp (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pressure boil string beans, chilli, garlic and onion to one whistle in medium heat. Strain and Remove the veins of the string beans by pulling apart.
  2. Now, grind all the boiled ingredients along with salt, raw mustard oil and lemon juice into a rough paste. A mind refreshing dish. You will like it for sure.
