ABOUT Overnight blueberry oats RECIPE

Start your day on a healthy note by having oats.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup blueberries
  2. 2 tbsp brown sugar
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 1 cup oats
  5. 1 cup Greek yogurt
  6. 2 tbsp chia seeds
  7. 1/4 cup dry blueberries
  8. 400 ml almond milk

Instructions

  1. Boil blueberries along with sugar and water.
  2. Cool it down and muddle it.
  3. Put the syrup in 3 glasses.
  4. Top it with oats and yogurt.
  5. Add chia seeds and blueberries.
  6. Pour milk over it.
  7. Stir it and refrigerate it overnight.
  8. Serve chilled.
