A colorful and crunchy salad with fresh vegetable and beans.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/4 cup tin black beans
  2. 2 carrot grated
  3. 2 cucumber grated
  4. 1 cup spinach leaves nicely chopped
  5. 1 small onion chopped
  6. 1/4 cup hung curd
  7. 2 tsp mayonnaise
  8. 1/4 cup roasted bell pepper
  9. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  10. 1/2 tsp roasted mustard powder
  11. 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  12. 2 tsp puffed barley
  13. 2 tsp Sabja seeds
  14. 1/4 cup boiled falooda noodles
  15. Salt to taste,1 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in small add onion when translucent, add chopped spinach when slightly cook, add boiled black beans in it and switch of the gas.
  2. When spinach and beans mixture cool, add hung curd, mayonnaise, black pepper, mustard powder, salt, roasted bell pepper, falooda noodles, grated carrot, cucumber and lemon juice in it and mix well.
  3. For serving, transfer this spinach, beans and vegetables mixture in serving bowl or glass.
  4. Sprinkle grated carrot and cucumber, Sabja seeds and puffed barley over it and keep it in fridge for cool.
  5. Serve it cool for more taste.
