Healthy yummy salad for the healthy tummy

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Half bunch of spinach chopped
  2. 2 carrots sliced
  3. 1 cucumber sliced
  4. Half cup of white til roasted
  5. Lemon juice of 1 lemon
  6. 3 tspn of sugar
  7. Half spn of red chili
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop half bunch of spinach leafs and sprinkle the corn flour..
  2. Deep fry the spinach leafs
  3. Take out on the tissue paper
  4. Cut carrots and cucumber like this
  5. Dry roast the white till.. (half cup)
  6. Now for the dressing take 3 spn of lemon juice
  7. And 3 tsp of sugar..
  8. Mix them well..
  9. Add half spn of red chili. And salt to taste
  10. Set the salad bowl into the fridge for 1 hour.
  11. At the time of serving only we have to put out garnish sauce. Otherwise the whole salad will leave the water.
  12. So the salad will look yummy :blush:
